This is our responsibility with our gifts, given to us by God's grace -- they are to be used to minister to others. In Eph 4:12 we are told to use our gifts to equip and edify the saints, and here to minister to each other.
We need to beware of ignoring the commands of God in areas we don't feel we are gifted. For example, mercy (James 2:13).
