Ephesians 1:19 - Additional Comments
God uses His great power for us, just as He has givien us power through His Spirit (2 Tim 1:7 "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.").
This means He has His great power ready and waiting to assist us. Why do we not see His power more often? "You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask." - James 4:2. Two things - sin, and lack of prayer. See notes on vs 2:10 for how to conquer sin.
